| | Upon registration, all Maple Street families will receive a Parent Manual and a Healthcare Policy Manual with a full list of Policies and Procedures. Please take some time to review some of the policies as listed below. Please call or email with any additional questions or coments.

POLICIES Some of the policies are: - All children must be in the center no later than 9:00 A.M.
- All children must have a complete physical examination and lead test within one year prior to the start of the program.
- All children must have a lead test on file through your child’s 4th birthday.
